Edit: It is an underwood No. 5.

The latest patent date listed on the back is 1913. So I assume it is from the 1910s-1920s. It's an Underwood typewrite, and its pretty damn cool if you ask me. Hand painted script and dates. I like it. Picture soon, maybe.
